When we receive your order, please contact with images / design ideas / any wedding date and initials you’d like included in the design, and we will create a bespoke design and e-mail you a digital proof via Email for approval.
Production time begins once proof has been approved by you.
Once production has started, unfortunately no further changes can be made.
Embroidery thread colour for design will be white, unless an alternative colourway has been agreed.
